Tom Delnicki Qualifies for Clean Elections Grant

HARTFORD- State Rep. Tom Delnicki, the incumbent Republican candidate for the 14th State House District (South Windsor), has announced today he has exceeded the fundraising thresholds necessary to qualify for the Citizens’ Election grant, in his bid for re-election.

Despite fundraising efforts being put on hold due to the global pandemic and the start of the legislative season, Tom reached his goal of raising more than $5300 and over 150 in district donors.  During these difficult times, Tom’s focus has been on assisting residents navigating unemployment claims, daycare issues, and banking concerns.

“My first priority is and always has been to serve the people of South Windsor. I have spent countless hours on the phone with residents and state agencies making sure that the people who need help receive the assistance promised to them by our state government,” said Rep. Delnicki. “There was no question that this year campaigning would be secondary to the important issues our residents and state faces due to the pandemic.”

“With fundraising behind me, I can now focus on more outreach with the voters. I want to hear what is on your mind,” said Rep. Delnicki.

Tom will now receive a Clean Election state grant to better get his message out to the voters of the 14th Assembly District of South Windsor.
